About Us: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Group Chef to join our dynamic team. We are an independent company that is continuing to grow. You will be working across two innovative companies and bringing your culinary expertise to a variety of events in our food van. We are looking for people who really have a passion for the Hospitality industry and will thrive cooking over a live fire, working events and bringing their ideas and passion into the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the culinary operations across two companies and a mobile food van.
  • Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect our brand’s vision and cater to diverse events.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Oversee inventory management, procurement, and cost control.
  • Coordinate with event planners and management teams to tailor culinary offerings for various occasions.
  • Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations and protocols.

Qualifications:
