Hoppers restaurants are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the ongoing Marketing growth and development of our award‑winning, critically acclaimed brand. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head of Marketing looking for ownership, influence, and responsibility, with a clear pathway for growth.
Working closely with our Co‑Founder & Creative Director, Karan Gokani, the ideal candidate will be responsible for growing the brand both domestically and internationally while maintaining brand ethos and integrity. This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role for someone who understands restaurants, loves food and culture, and is excited to hit the ground running in a busy, dynamic restaurant group where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.

- Lead the marketing team in delivering cohesive campaigns and initiatives across all restaurant brands.
- Establish clear marketing KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure performance and ROI.
- Guide the evolution of brand positioning and marketing approach based on market insights and customer feedback.
- Champion the company's vision and values throughout all marketing activities and communications.
- Provide strategic marketing input to the senior leadership team for business planning and development.
- Oversee marketing budget allocation and optimisation across channels and restaurants.
- Develop and maintain the group's marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with operational activities.
- Ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives across all restaurant locations.
- Develop robust processes for marketing campaign execution and evaluation.
- Coordinate with Operations to align marketing activities with operational capabilities.
- Oversee the production and distribution of all marketing materials and collateral.
- Implement systems for gathering and analysing customer data to inform marketing decisions.
- Drive efficiency in marketing operations through technology adoption and process improvement.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and marketing suppliers.
- Ensure consistency in marketing execution across multiple restaurant brands.
- Develop and maintain the group's tone of voice and communication guidelines.
- Oversee all external communications including press releases, media statements, and crisis communications.
- Build and nurture relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry partners.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Lead internal communications related to marketing initiatives and brand developments.
- Present marketing strategies and performance reports to the board and leadership team.
- Ensure effective knowledge sharing between marketing and operational teams.
