We are seeking an experienced Property Legal Secretary/PA to join our busy and well-established Nottingham city centre office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a law firm, ideally within the property sector, and will be confident supporting fee-earners with a wide range of administrative and client-focused tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality secretarial support to the property team
- Preparing and amending legal documents and correspondence
- Managing diaries, arranging appointments, and handling telephone enquiries
- Opening and closing files, conducting Land Registry searches, and dealing with SDLT forms
- Dealing with Completion Statements and Invoicing
- Liaising with clients and other third parties
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard in line with the firm’s procedures
About You
- Previous experience as a legal secretary within a law firm is essential
- Experience within a property department is highly desirable
- Strong typing and document production skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Confident communication skills and a proactive approach to work
- Ability to manage time effectively and work well under pressure
- Attention to detail is a must
