Hopkins Solicitors LLP is seeking a friendly, organised Part-Time Legal Receptionist in Mansfield to provide front-desk support and assist with typing and audio dictation. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming, professional impression while handling calls, messages and appointment scheduling.
The role is two days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays), 8:30am–5:00pm, with a lunch break.
