We have an opportunity for a Contracts Progressor to join a friendly team working from our Anglia region. This post is 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday and Friday), as part of a job share. It is based from our Bury St Edmunds office.

Duties include:

  • Working to a monthly budget and forecast
  • Delivery of sales contracts within prescribed timescales
  • Liaise with both the company’s and customers legal and financial representative to underwrite as smooth and trouble-free sales process as possible
  • Liaise with the company’s and customers estate agent to gain clear and up-to-date information
  • Produce and report on progress against forecast at weekly management meetings
  • Communicate with a competitive and friendly sales team, operating across the relevant region
