We have an opportunity for a Contracts Progressor to join a friendly team working from our Anglia region. This post is 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday and Friday), as part of a job share. It is based from our Bury St Edmunds office.
Duties include:
- Working to a monthly budget and forecast
- Delivery of sales contracts within prescribed timescales
- Liaise with both the company’s and customers legal and financial representative to underwrite as smooth and trouble-free sales process as possible
- Liaise with the company’s and customers estate agent to gain clear and up-to-date information
- Produce and report on progress against forecast at weekly management meetings
- Communicate with a competitive and friendly sales team, operating across the relevant region
We’re looking for the following skills and experience:
- Understanding of the legal process of house sales
- Experience of working with legal terminology
- Examples of successfully working with a range of stakeholders
- Good planning skills and a strong attention to detail
- Organised, methodical and an ability to work to strict deadlines
