Afin de compléter son équipe, la direction des soins recherche pour le service de néphrologie à l'HFR Fribourg et Riaz, un-e.
Votre Mission
- Se positionner comme expert-e de référence en hémodialyse, au sein de l’unité de Fribourg et de Riaz.
- Assurer des prestations de soins fondées sur des données probantes (EBN) et professionnelles, en s’impliquant auprès de patient-e-s présentant des situations de soins complexes.
- Analyser les pratiques professionnelles, gérer l’amélioration continue des prestations de soins et planifier, en collaboration avec l’ICUS, des stratégies de développement durables (consolidation du processus de soins infirmiers, mise en œuvre d’innovations, coaching de l’équipe, etc.).
- Participer à la conception et à la documentation des processus et instructions de travail ; communiquer les résultats de ses travaux à travers différents moyens de diffusion.
- Encadrer, soutenir et conseiller les collaborateurs, les étudiant-e-s et les nouveaux membres de l’équipe, en partenariat avec l’ICUS, face aux situations de soins complexes.
- Collaborer avec l’ICLS pour la création et le développement de projets spécifiques au service, participer activement à des projets cliniques intra- et extra-muros ainsi qu’au développement de la transversalité intersites.
- Accompagner la vision de l’établissement et l’adapter au contexte du service.
- Assurer la fonction d’infirmier-ère au sein des services en assumant tous les types d’horaires des unités.
Votre Profil
- Diplôme d’infirmier-ère en soins généraux, niveau HES, ou formation jugée équivalente.
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en hémodialyse ou expérience équivalente en milieu hospitalier spécialisé, avec de solides compétences en évaluation clinique.
- Certificat d’infirmier-ère clinicien-ne (CAS) ou équivalent, ou volonté de l’entreprendre.
- Maîtrise de la langue française ou allemande avec de bonnes connaissances de la langue partenaire ; maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels et des outils de gestion de projets utilisés dans l’institution.
- Aptitude à travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire, avec la capacité de fédérer et un leadership positif.
- Collaboration étroite avec les responsables médico-soignants du service ; sens aigu de la communication, de la négociation et de l’organisation.
- Autonomie, sens des responsabilités et positionnement professionnel affirmé ; esprit dynamique, constructif et innovant, ouvert au changement.
- Résistance au stress, flexibilité et excellentes compétences relationnelles dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant.
