The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Bedford Town Centre based, but working across Bedford. The Tenancy Support Officer is an essential part of our Accommodation provision. Supported Accommodation is for individuals who find themselves in need of a home. We walk with people and tailor the support we provide around their individual needs whilst they get back on their feet. Our aim is to create a safe, comfortable, quiet environment where people can build healthy community with one another. Our team believes in our clients, empowering them to make changes, build ambitions and hope for the future.
This post serves to provide excellent and progressive tenancy support for our Supported Accommodation clients by working with them to maintain independence, choice and control. With relevant supervision, we expect you to provide a client-focused service in line with the vision, ethos, values and mission of HopeWorks.
You will ideally have a working knowledge and experience of tenancy support and working with individuals facing homelessness. This role carries a requirement to be part of the evening and weekend on-call team, with additional holiday provided for this task.
