Hopewell School is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our Therapy Team. At Hopewell, Speech and Language Therapy is key as many pupils experience communication difficulties that impact their ability to regulate emotions, build relationships, and progress academically. Our SLTs help to support pupils develop independence, confidence and self-expression.
Location: Hopewell School, Dagenham
Duration: Permanent

What You Will Do:
- Assess and identify pupils' speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and deliver individualised therapy plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to each pupil (1:1 and groups).
- Support staff with communication strategies in the classroom.
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to reports.
What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelors or Masters Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
- Experience working with children and young people (school-based preferred).
