Hopestrand Limited is looking for a Support Engineer to help clients keep their IT systems running reliably across Windows, Microsoft 365, devices, networks and cloud services.
You will troubleshoot issues, configure equipment and carry out routine maintenance with a focus on ownership from first contact to resolution. The role supports remote working with flexible 7.5-hour shifts within 8am–5pm.
