We have an amazing opportunity for a Community Project Lead to join us as part of our Hopestead Team - because everyone deserves a place to call home. Heading up our Hope at Home Service, your passion, creativeness, and solutions-focused approach will ensure that the people we support have access to the essential items needed to turn a house into their home and thrive within their communities.
You will also take a leading role on our other community projects, allowing you to continually evolve your industry knowledge, build relationships with all stakeholders, identify opportunities to expand partnerships, and ultimately continue to benefit Hopestead and the people we support:
- Over 650 people received essential furniture, flooring and appliances
- 262 children supported, ensuring they had a safe and comfortable place to live
- 97% of people sustained their tenancy, showing how vital this support is for long-term stability (2024-2025)

What You'll be Doing
- Accurately documenting interactions to help us report on impact and manage budgets
- Building and nurturing relationships with external stakeholders
- Identifying partnership opportunities to expand our reach
- Promote community engagement and participation across projects
- Gathering feedback and creating case studies to showcase our impact
- Supporting other projects and acting as a positive ambassador for Hopestead
What You'll Bring
