Responsibilities

• After Hope green-lights a video idea, make it come to life by planning, ordering products and props, and getting sets ready for a smoooth filming day. You may stand in as Hope for a dress rehearsal.
• Work with the team to prepare extensively outlined video plans, conduct research, and present Hope with different options for each video.
• Collaborate closely with Hope to ensure each video happens smoothly; likely work on 2 videos per month.
• Identify and solve problems; fix bottlenecks in pre-production processes.

Ideal Candidate

• Preferably you are already a consumer of Hope’s content.
• Willing to relocate; please do not apply if you watch Netflix or Hulu more than YouTube. If you watch TikTok more than YouTube (but still watch a lot of YouTube), that’s okay.
• An organized planner who jumps in to get the job done.
• Pay is based on experience and skill; opportunities for income growth as we grow.

Location & Relocation

• Please be willing to relocate to the most beautiful part of Utah; in-person work is considered most productive and creative.
• We will cover moving expenses if needed.
