Youtube Pre-Production Coordinator

Your day in the life as a Pre-Production Coordinator:

Once Hope \”green-lights\” a video idea, it is your job to make it come to life!

You\’ll work with the team to plan, order products, props, and prepare sets for a smooth filming day. You may also stand in as Hope for dress rehearsals.

Preparation is key. The video outlines are extensive, requiring research, planning, and offering Hope different options for each video.

You will collaborate closely with Hope to produce each video, aiming for about 2 videos per month.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and organizing video production
• Researching and preparing materials
• Problem-solving and addressing bottlenecks

The ideal candidate:

• Is already a consumer of Hope\’s content
• Willing to relocate to Utah
• Highly organized and proactive
• Enjoys planning and execution

Salary:

Based on experience and skills, with potential for growth as the team expands.

Additional info:

• Must be willing to relocate to Utah, as in-person work is preferred
• Relocation expenses will be covered
