Montessori Teacher (Angel & Worship Street)

Overview

Hopes & Dreams Schools are looking for a Qualified Montessori to join their team in Angel & Worship Street Montessori. This role will be worked all year round (Monday to Friday).

\”This role would suit a Montessori qualified practitioner that has experience as an Early Years Teacher, Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Teacher, Nursery Educator or Nursery Assistant.\”

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Montessori Pedagogy qualification (or other full and relevant Montessori qualification)
• Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
• Paediatric First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)

Duties

• Provide high-quality care and Montessori education to children aged 2-5
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Observe and assess children\’s development, identifying any areas of concern
• Collaborate with parents and other staff members to support children\’s individual needs
• Maintain accurate records of children\’s progress and development
• Ensure the nursery is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children
