Qualifications:- Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification / desirable Montessori Qualifications (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Patience, empathy, and a love for working with children
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Paediatric First Aid (preferred)
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
