Qualifications:
  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification / desirable Montessori Qualifications (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
  • Patience, empathy, and a love for working with children
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Paediatric First Aid (preferred)
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
