This is a permanent position based on a continental shift pattern: Week 1 – 2 days on, 2 off, 3 on; Week 2 – 2 days off, 2 on, 3 off; shifts run from 6am to 6pm.
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Duties:
- Completing PPM and reactive maintenance for the mechanical plant room
- Maintaining pumps and valves
- Plumbing maintenance
- Basic AHU/fan coil upkeep
- Checks and compliance duties including water and tap temperatures
- Small works installation
- Emergency repairs
- All ad-hoc maintenance tasks
Requirements:
- A qualified Mechanical Engineer or Commercial Grade Plumber
- Experience of plant room, AHU, FCU and similar systems
- Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Valid driving licence
- Willingness to complete fabric and plumbing tasks
- Ability to pass a PVG check
