Reporting to the Managing Director, you will take overall responsibility for the quality, safety and compliance of our service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading CQC inspection preparation, maintaining regulatory compliance and driving improvements in care.
- Acting as Safeguarding Lead, ensuring concerns are handled appropriately and staff have the training and support they need.

You will need a strong understanding of CQC requirements, safeguarding, Positive Behaviour Support, person-centred practice and active support. Good communication, report writing and relationship-building skills are essential, alongside a reflective and flexible approach.
A relevant Level 5 leadership and management qualification, a professional health or social care qualification, and experience of delivering training are desirable.

In return, we offer:
- High-quality training and a thorough induction.
- Annual leave that increases with length of service, plus an additional day off for your birthday.
- Enhanced maternity and adoption leave.
- An enhanced Employee Assistance Programme, including free counselling and wellbeing support.
We are a recognised Disability Confident employer and welcome applicants of all faiths and none. Applicants should be sympathetic to the organisation’s Christian ethos and share our commitment to equality and inclusion.
