SafeTalk is our sister service to Clear Minds. It is a community interest company providing an online live chat service to support mental health and emotional wellbeing.

To ensure our service can operate effectively, we are exploring ways to expand our team so that we can offer more support hours. We are seeking volunteers who are passionate about helping us grow SafeTalk and support individuals with mental health and emotional wellbeing needs. Currently, we are looking for:

  1. A qualified counsellor (minimum of a Level 4 qualification and 1 year of experience)
  2. A life coach (qualified or willing to gain the qualification, with experience working with adults and children)
  3. A family support worker

All candidates should have experience working with adults, children, and young people, and have previously supported individuals, ideally through digital platforms, though this is not essential as training will be provided. We welcome volunteers (initially) who are seeking a new and exciting opportunity, can commit to regular hours each week, and are comfortable working remotely.
