The Opportunity
The Head of Growth Operations will lead initiatives in AI, automation, and SEO product development to enhance organic visibility and drive traffic. The role also involves defining actionable metrics, measuring ROI, automating reporting processes, implementing AI-driven marketing technologies, and collaborating globally to enhance systems and tools. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in AI and automation, with experience in leveraging these technologies to optimise SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth & SEO Leadership: Develop and execute frameworks that shape content creation, keyword targeting, and audience acquisition strategies.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Perform comprehensive data analyses on performance trends, identifying growth opportunities and competitive gaps.
- Content & Demand Planning: Integrate demand data from Google, analytics tools, and internal systems to guide content creation and market targeting.
- Technical SEO & Automation: Implement best practices in site structure, page speed, schema implementation, and AI-driven SEO strategies.
- KPI Reporting & Performance Measurement: Define clear, actionable metrics to measure ROI and drive operational focus across all organic efforts.
- Process & Workflow Optimization: Automate reporting, streamline operations, and reduce manual efforts to enhance efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, product, and engineering teams to align organic strategies with broader business goals.
- Leadership & Team Development: Mentor and empower a team of high-performing marketing operations professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Your Profile
- 7+ years of experience in a growth-focused role, with a strong background in SEO, content strategy, and organic performance.
- Proven expertise in multi-market SEO strategy, including international expansion and local search optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset, with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance measurement.
- Knowledge of AI-driven SEO, automation tools, and martech solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- A strategic leader, skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with technical SEO, including site architecture, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals compliance.
- Commercially minded, able to translate organic performance metrics into tangible business impact.
