We are seeking an experienced Head Booker to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this remote role, you will lead the agency's booking operations, working closely with models and clients to deliver exceptional results. Occasional travel will be required for meetings, events, and project collaborations.
Beyond booking responsibilities, this role involves expertise in office management, accounts/invoicing, social media management, and experience with media platforms and the CBS platform, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the agency.
Key Responsibilities- Model & Client Coordination
- Manage bookings for models and clients, ensuring schedules are optimised and well-communicated.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Source and assign talent to projects, ensuring suitability and professionalism.
- Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day agency operations, including office management tasks and project coordination.
- Manage accounts and invoicing processes, ensuring financial accuracy and timely payments.
