Role Overview We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to help manage live marketing accounts, build strong client relationships, and ensure campaigns run smoothly. You will play a vital role in managing client success and supporting our team to deliver results. Key Responsibilities Manage B2B marketing campaigns using advanced software (full training provided). Speak with clients to address any issues, provide solutions, and build positive relationships. Write email copy tailored to client campaigns. Monitor, track, and report on the performance of client accounts. Regularly update the team on account progress and campaign results. Ensure smooth campaign management, from strategy to execution. Requirements Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent writing skills for creating engaging email copy. Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns effectively. Organised, proactive, and results-driven with great attention to detail. A keen interest in B2B marketing and client success. Perks & Benefits £10,000 – £15,000 per year (depending on experience). Flexible working hours. Fully remote position. Full training in B2B marketing and use of advanced marketing tools. Paid holiday. Location & Working Hours Fully remote. 15 hours per week.
