Hiring: Executive Administrative Assistant (Remote)
Location: England based, 100% Remote – you will be operating a global market so will need to work flexible hours sometimes.
Start date: ASAP – 18 month contract. Hours may sometimes need to be flexible with the US, willing to work until 8-9pm on occasion.
Experis are working with a Global Tech giant who are seeking an Executive Assistant to enable the senior leader to drive great results in the business, and more broadly across the company for maximum impact and doing it with a smile and sense of humour.
You will need to be able to effectively prioritise workload and communicate professionally with stakeholders as you will be looking after a busy schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complex diary management – including internal and external meetings
- Adaptable to different time zones, flexibility to work different schedules
- Expenses management
- Project management
- Creating time management processes to support the team
- Arrangement and management of meetings/events
- Support team communications
- Team support including space and headcount management, office moves, new hire onboarding, manage purchasing of equipment
- Other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Extensive executive administrative experience (5 years +) in a complex environment – ideally a large organisation in the IT/Tech industry
- Great organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Experience working with multiple time zones, including Global scheduling
- Supporting a remote team
