Salary: £21000 to £25000 per annum plus up to £25000 bonus per year

We are now seeking to recruit 2 Customer Service Advisors for a busy company based in Stroud. This is a permanent opportunity for truly client care orientated customer service person.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an excellent customer service experience for all customers via phone.
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a great experience to every customer you speak with.
  • Take ownership of each situation, asking relevant questions, listening, and finding solutions that leave customers feeling understood and supported.

Skill Set Required

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills across multiple channels.
  • Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise workloads.
  • Good level of numeracy.
  • Good level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office packages.
  • Accuracy, tenacity & integrity.
