Situated in the thriving Georgian quarter of Liverpool, we are a privately owned, award-winning hotel (Best Hotel – Liverpool City Region Tourism Awards 2015, Best Large Hotel – Silver Award – Visit England Awards for Excellence 2014) with a 2 AA Rosette restaurant, The London Carriage Works, a casual dining restaurant 1931, 151 bedrooms and suites and first class private dining, conference and events spaces.
You as part of the Hope Street Team
You will serve guests to our Hope Street Hotel standards, making sure every part of the guests journey is exceeding their expectations.
You will be required to have full knowledge of the products you sell, ensuring you can answer most guests questions.
You will strive to provide the best service and be observant of your surrounding to make sure your environment is perfectly presented.

Experience is required in a similar style of venue.
Hope Street Hotel, 40 Hope Street L1 9DA
Shift start times from 6am, 7am or 8am depending on the needs of the hotel. Latest finish 12pm.
Open 365 days a year, including Christmas day. You will be required to work during the festive period.

Pay: £8.60-£11.50 per hour
