Bartender – The London Carriage Works
We\’re looking for an experienced full-time bartender to join our team at The London Carriage Works, part of our independently owned, award-winning hotel in Liverpool\’s vibrant Georgian Quarter.
Alongside two acclaimed restaurants, private dining rooms, event spaces, a spa, and even a cinema, The London Carriage Works stands out as a casual fine dining, AA Rosette-awarded restaurant, also recognised with an AA Notable Wine List. We pride ourselves on delivering a premium yet welcoming experience for every guest.
With an extensive cocktail menu, a 250+ bin wine list, specialty coffees, premium spirits, and soft drinks, we\’re committed to offering something for everyone.
About you
- Confident in making both classic and contemporary cocktails
- Knowledge of wines is a bonus (with over 250 to discover, there\’s plenty to learn)
- Dedicated to providing warm, knowledgeable service
- Previous floor experience is preferred
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends
