We are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor for 37 Hours per Week, on a Term Time only basis to join our team at George Pindar School. George Pindar School is an 11-16 secondary situated in Scarborough. We are a community school where our colleagues are proud to be Pindar and we are looking positively to the future. We are proud to be an inclusive school and we are oversubscribed in Year 7 and 8. We have the highest aspirations for our students to strive for success, achieve their very best and grow both as individuals and as members of their community. This role will provide short term cover for absent teaching staff, allocating pre-prepared work, keeping pupils on task and managing the behaviour of pupils during class. The role does not involve planning, preparing, delivering lessons or assessing and reporting on the development progress and attainment of pupils.
