Hope Rescue in Pontyclun is seeking a proactive Deputy Charity Shop Manager to help run our shop and support the rescue mission.
You’ll lead volunteers, deliver warm customer service, manage stock and merchandising, and ensure a safe, welcoming space for donors and visitors.
Reporting to the Shop Manager, you’ll open/close the shop, handle daily cash and admin tasks, and build local relationships to boost donations and footfall in our community.
