What we are looking for a Health Care Support Workers who:
- To provide high quality care in accordance with the child/young persons individual care-plan under the supervision of an appropriately qualified registered nurse.
- To participate fully in meeting the play, recreational and learning activities for the child/young person, utilising all resources available and in collaboration with the play leaders.

To assist in the checking & administration of medicines under the supervision of Registered Nurses and undertake all relevant training required to support safe medicines management.
Hope House Childrens Hospice is a centre of excellence for childrens palliative care ensuring every family facing the death of a child gets the very best care and support when and where they need it. No one should face the death of a child alone.
You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis working either full or part time, 37.5 hours per week or 25 hours per week. You will be required to work twelve and a half hour shifts both days and nights within this role. In return, our Health Care Support Worker will receive a competitive rate of £25,596 - £28,173 per annum FTE (dependant on experience).
