You will help deliver our mission by supporting the learning and education across the hospices, promoting high standards of care through the role modelling of your professional, clinical expertise, creating a positive learning environment where staff are encouraged and supported throughout their induction, education and continuing professional development.
You will actively develop and nurture external partnerships, support educational and organisational projects and be a representative for the hospice at forums and conferences. You will work within the Quality and Assurance team, maintaining close relationships with the Learning and Development team, to provide this support service for the Care Team.

- Represent the hospice at forums and conferences.
- Work within the Quality and Assurance team and maintain close relationships with the Learning and Development team to provide support for the Care Team.

Hours: Part time, permanent basis working 30 hours per week. Flexible working to support work-life balance.
Salary: £47,440 to £54,288 (FTE) per annum, depending on experience.
