Come and join us at Hope House Children\’s Hospices by playing a vital role in delivering \’Our Mission\’ helping every child with a life-threatening condition live their best life.
Hope House Children\’s Hospices have an opportunity for a Part-time Sales Assistant to join the team based at our Brand-New Hope House Shop in Nantwich.
You will join us on a Part-time 7.5 hours per week (working 1 out of 7 days to include weekend working) and on a permanentbasis. In return, our Part-time Sales Assistant will receive a competitive rate of £12.21 per hour.
Hope House Children\’s Hospices is a charity that gives every local child with life threatening condition and their family access to professional care and improves their quality of life from the point of diagnosis.
Here at Hope House Children\’s Hospices, we are on an exciting journey to deliver an annual contribution from our retail business of £1,000,000 a year by 2025, enabling us to reach every child and family who need us and to ensure that nobody faces the death of a child alone.
About the Part-time Sales Assistant role:
An exciting opportunity for a Part-time Sales Assistant to join our Brand-New team in Nantwich, reporting to the Shop Management.
You will provide excellent customer service to enhance the profile of the organisation and on occasion, you may be required to act as key holder of the shop when required to ensure business continuity throughout the retail department.
What we are looking for a Part-time Sales Assistant who:
- Self-motivated using initiative to achieve goals
- Able to work in a team with the ability to get on with people
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well organised and willing to \’muck in\’ and do whatever is required to ensure the shop functions efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Numerate with the ability to follow cash handling, recording and banking procedures.
