Hope House Children’s Hospices have an opportunity for a Part time Family Support Administrator to join our team based in Oswestry. You will join us on a permanent basis, working part-time 30 hours per week. In return, our Family Support Administrator will receive a competitive rate of £23,667 - £28,266 per annum (FTE) depending on experience.

As a Family Support Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and organisational support to the Head of Family Support, Community Support Manager, and the wider team. You’ll be at the heart of coordinating services that directly impact families, helping ensure everything runs smoothly.

We are looking for a Family Support Administrator who is:

  • A confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions focused.
  • Holds a NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (or similar).
