Hope House and Ty Gobaith is seeking a Health Care Support Worker to join our Oswestry team on a full-time, permanent basis.
You will deliver holistic care to children and young people with life-threatening conditions, supported by a specialist nursing team.
You will work twelve and a half hour shifts, day and night, across a 37.5 hour week, providing dignity, privacy and end-of-life support, while helping families every step of the way.
