We offer flexible hybrid working to have a real work life balance. This is a part time role working 30 hours per week on a permanent basis. Located in Oswestry, with occasional travel to Conwy and retail stores. We offer a competitive salary of £25,917 - £30,338 (FTE) per annum.
About the IT Support Assistant role:
- Support the IT team by managing user accounts, equipment, licences and providing technical support to end users.
- Support with organisational projects as required.
- Have strong customer service skills, flexibility, and a good working knowledge of digital workplace technologies.
- This role is a development opportunity for someone with the aptitude to grow alongside the organisation’s digital technologies, offering hands‑on experience and supported professional development.
- Be flexible in your working hours and comfortable travelling between sites.
- Occasionally be required to work from our Hospice in Conwy; therefore, must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
We are looking for an IT Support Assistant who has:
- Level 4 or above (or equivalent) in an IT or numeracy related subject.
- Analytical skills and ability to research solutions or investigate incidents effectively.
- Ability to build respectful working relationships.
- Proficient in self-managing time, prioritising tasks, and fulfilling requests in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and administration consoles.
- Knowledge of Power Automate and process flow automation tools.
