Hope House Children’s Hospices in Oswestry is recruiting a Project Officer on a permanent, part‑time basis (30 hours per week) in a hybrid role.
The post requires regular travel weekly between Hope House in Shropshire and TÅ· Gobaith in Conwy to deliver your remit.
You will work with the project team and colleagues to improve hospice estates, digital infrastructure and care services delivery, oversee change programmes, monitor progress and engage stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
