Join us at Hope House Children’s Hospices to play a vital role in delivering ‘Our Mission’, helping every child with a life-threatening condition live their best life. Hope House Children’s Hospices have an opportunity for a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team based in Oswestry on a permanent basis, working 24 hours per week. In return, our Administrative Assistant will receive a competitive rate of £26,695 - £31,248 per annum (FTE), depending on experience.

About the Administrative Assistant role: As the Administrative Assistant you will provide reliable, flexible, and accurate support to the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Trustees, working under the direction of the Executive Assistant. A key focus of the role is to provide proactive day-to-day administrative support to the Deputy Chief Executive, ensuring priorities are coordinated, information is well organised, and follow-up actions are completed in a timely and professional manner.

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who is:

  • Able to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Responsive, organised and able to maintain a high level of discretion.
