  • Lead and manage supported living services, ensuring that all service users receive high-quality care that is personalised to their mental health and other support needs.

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dynamic Supported Living Manager with strong mental health nursing experience to lead and manage the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with mental health conditions and complex needs. The role combines leadership, care management, and clinical expertise to ensure that service users are supported to live as independently as possible while receiving the necessary care and guidance to support their mental health and well-being.

This role is ideal for an individual who has a passion for supporting people with mental health challenges and is looking to step into a managerial position where their nursing expertise will make a meaningful impact on service users’ lives., * Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with valid NMC registration.

  • NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable.

  • Training in risk assessment and mental health crisis management., * Proven experience as a mental health nurse, ideally in a community or supported living setting, working with individuals with mental health conditions and complex needs.

  • Experience in managing or leading a team, including supervising and developing staff.

  • Experience in person-centred care planning and assessments, particularly for individuals with mental health conditions.

  • Strong knowledge and experience in working with relevant mental health legislation, such as the Mental Health Act.
