Hope for the Young is seeking an experienced Head of Finance and Operations to lead the charity's finance, systems, HR and office functions in London. This hands-on role supports growth and sustainability while ensuring strong controls and compliant processes.
Working closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, you will manage budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting and payroll, oversee Salesforce data practices, IT infrastructure and HR operations, and line-manage the Finance team.
