Clinical Coder, based at the Hollinwood Medical Practice in Oldham

37.5 hours per week // NHS Pension // 35 days annual leave pro rata

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and keen to support healthcare professionals by coding clinical documents? Do you want a role that makes a difference and helps people? Then you might fit well in our coding team.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Access the EmisWeb clinical system.
  2. Code incoming documents and letters, attaching them to patient records.
  3. Read through documents and code appropriate entries into the clinical system.
  4. Triage documents to determine if they should be forwarded to GPs or other healthcare professionals for review or action.
