Ensure smooth delivery of our lending process effectively manage due diligence by:
- Work closely with Sales Specialists to progress enquiries to underwriting, ensuring all required information is gathered and tasks are coordinated efficiently.
- Assess applications and conduct due diligence in line with company requirements, including client background checks and status verification.
- Chase missing documentation or unclear information from sales personnel, brokers, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth case progression.
- Filter calls and requests to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Obtain valuation and solicitor quotes, and manage ID verification documentation to meet timelines.
- Direct deals through the correct process streams (Dual+, refurbishment, standard bridging).
- Support Sales Specialists with new business follow-ups during busy periods.
- Process accreditation documentation for new broker onboarding.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for case status, client, and broker details.
Building relationships across the Hope Capital family and with our stakeholders by:
- Professionally handle broker and client communications, managing expectations while reinforcing Hope Capital’s reputation.
- Liaise with internal teams (Legal, Risk, Sales) and external parties (Surveyors, Solicitors, Quantity Surveyors) to manage the lending process effectively.
- Coordinate valuations and site inspections, ensuring appointments are booked and reports received within SLA.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, brokers, and clients, keeping all parties informed of case progress.
- Maintain relationships with partners, including solicitors, valuers, and monitoring surveyors, to ensure efficient collaboration.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Working alongside our Sales team, you will provide the team with first class support and coordination to get cases from initial enquiry, completed due diligence to successfully handing over to underwriting. You will build relationships with our stakeholders and ultimately contribute towards the growth of our business.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience within a busy Sales team providing first class support, ideally within financial services.
- Experience with customer due diligence processing.
- Willing to learn and upskill in a fast-paced environment.
- Relationship management skills.
- Previous experience in a fast-moving finance company within the regulated or unregulated business environment.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- To work on a hybrid model of office and home working, but to attend the office additional days as and when required, given reasonable notice.
- Fulfil the need to travel or attend events, working irregular hours including weekends as required as a Hope Capital representative.
