Hope After Harm is an ambitious and compassionate charity helping people rebuild their lives after trauma, abuse and harm. In 2025 - 26, we supported 1,419 people directly, while our work with the Bright Sky digital platform reached more than 320,000 users worldwide. Financially sound and delivering meaningful impact across local, national and international programmes, this is a rare opportunity to build on strong foundations, lead an exceptional team and shape the next chapter of an organisation with both deep roots and bold ambitions.
We are looking for an inspiring, values-led Chief Executive who can combine strategic vision and commercial judgement with warmth, courage, and humanity. You will be a visible and trusted leader - someone who can bring people together, strengthen sustainability, champion the charity, and ensure that the voices and experiences of those we support remain at the heart of every decision.
Experience within domestic abuse, sexual violence or criminal justice would be valuable, but it is not essential. We are equally keen to hear from outstanding leaders from other sectors who can bring fresh thinking, strong people leadership and a genuine passion for creating lasting change.
Closing Date: Sunday, 6th of September

- Round 1 - 21st and 22nd of September
