General Manager — London (100% Onsite)
London & UK Based Vietnamese Restaurants
£43,000 Basic Plus Bonus and Salary Top Up Due to Location Complexity (OTE £45,000)
Hours: 45 hours per week on a rota basis (5 working days between Monday and Sunday, with 2 days off per week)

The Role
General Manager, London (100% onsite). Lead a team in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant to deliver top-notch service, delicious food, and a memorable guest experience. You will drive operational efficiency, stock management, cost control, and compliance to health, safety, and licensing standards. You’ll train and retain a motivated team and work closely with senior management to hit company targets.
Your Background / Skills
- + At least 1 year of previous General Management experience
- + Ideally, experience in restaurant, hospitality, quick-service (QSR) or high-energy, casual dining
- + Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant, balancing efficiency with great customer experience
- + People-focused leader who can inspire and energize a team
- + Strong operational knowledge, including stock management, compliance, and cost control
- + Hands-on approach—willing to step in and support the team when needed
- + Excellent communication skills with staff and customers
- + Problem-solver who stays cool under pressure and adapts quickly
- + Passion for food and service; understanding of Vietnamese cuisine or culture is a bonus

You’ll lead by example, energize your team, optimize workflows, manage stock, and maintain costs. You’ll ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards and partner with senior management to achieve targets.
