Hop To Talent are recruiting for an experienced Training, Development & Office Manager to join a privately-owned property company in Chichester. This is a vital role in a collaborative, growing team - blending classic office management with hands-on HR support. The HR focus is on training & development of employees but you will also be the key point of contact for the outsourced HR support team.
THE ROLE
- Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations and systems
- Manage the office budget, expenses, and key suppliers
- Prepare and present the monthly board pack in PowerPoint
- Maintain office essentials – from stationery to IT kit
- Coordinate with external IT provider and support IT admin needs
- Manage office marketing: website updates, socials, awards, events
- Organise internal meetings, socials, and charity initiatives
- Schedule appointments and provide admin support to the exec team
- Lead on internal training initiatives, workshops, and skills sessions
- Identify development needs and coordinate tailored learning plans
- Liaise with external providers to deliver specialist training where needed
- Track training progress and maintain clear records for compliance
- Support line managers with performance reviews and goal setting
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
- Support recruitment: screening, interviews, offer letters, onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR compliance via BrightHR
- Act as a first point of contact for HR queries and support
YOUR PROFILE
- Background in HR with experience in training & development
- Highly organised and approachable
- Confident juggling people, processes, and priorities
- Strong communication skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
SALARY & BENEFITS
- £45,000 to £55,000 + 5% bonus
- 25 days holiday
- Based in Chichester – 5 days in the office
