Our client transforms stunning Victorian and Georgian townhouses in the heart of the West End into beautifully designed members' clubs for ambitious startups, entrepreneurs and growing businesses.
Combining exceptional hospitality with high-end flexible workspaces, they create environments where members genuinely want to spend their time.
Working closely with the Founder, COO and Managing Director, you'll be responsible for leading all operational functions across the portfolio, ensuring every building delivers an outstanding member experience while operating efficiently and to the highest possible standards.
The Role
As Head of Operations you'll provide strategic and hands-on leadership across the business, driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams and continuously improving the member journey.
Key responsibilities include
- Leading, mentoring and developing department heads to create a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Delivering a consistently exceptional experience for members and guests across every location.
- Managing operational budgets, KPIs and financial performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies.
- Ensuring compliance with all health & safety, legal and operational standards.
- Working closely with the Membership, Events and Marketing teams to maximise member engagement, occupancy and commercial performance.
- Championing innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement throughout the business.
