As we expand our client network and partnerships, we are seeking a confident, proactive, and personable Networker to represent our brand, build lasting relationships, and identify new business opportunities through meaningful connections across the property and fit-out sectors.

Role Overview

The Networker / Business Development Executive will be the face of our company within the London commercial property scene, engaging with agents, brokers, landlords, developers, and other fit-out businesses. You’ll attend events, build and nurture key relationships, and generate new business leads through strong industry presence and relationship-driven sales activity. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally sociable, commercially savvy, and genuinely enjoys meeting people, understanding their needs, and connecting opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Networking & Relationship Building
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial property agents, tenant reps, brokers, landlords, and related professionals.
    • Develop connections within complementary sectors, design agencies, project managers, and other fit-out specialists.
    • Represent the business at networking events, property forums, and industry functions.
    • Promote the company’s brand, services, and values with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and develop new business leads through your network and referrals.
    • Work closely with the leadership team to convert introductions into opportunities.
    • Stay informed about commercial property movements (lettings, relocations, refurbishments, etc.) to spot early-stage opportunities.
    • Maintain and grow a CRM database of key contacts and prospects.
  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Liaise closely with internal design, project, and estimating teams to communicate client needs and potential projects.
    • Share regular updates and market intelligence with the senior team.
    • Support the wider business development strategy with creative ideas and initiatives.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in networking or business development, ideally within commercial real estate, property, design & build, or fit-out.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confident, engaging, and approachable.
  • Strong local network or familiarity with the London commercial property market.
  • Naturally proactive and self-motivated able to seek out opportunities independently.
  • Professional presentation and the ability to represent a premium brand.
  • Organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple relationships and conversations simultaneously.
