Job Description
My client are a room rental business, providing the perfect therapeutic and containing spaces for qualified counsellors and therapists. They are now looking for a Client Relationship Manager/Office Manager to join their business and join them on their journey of growth over the next few years.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and understanding their room space needs. You will act as the main point of contact for clients when they require a space and the after care. This role requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritise.
Responsible for:
Sales:
– Dealing with new leads/enquiries.
– Conducting viewings and closing sales.
– Chasing and touching base with old/cold leads.
Account management:
– Staying in touch with all clients.
– Facilitating further sales, as they require more space.
– Helping clients with any invoice queries they may have.
– Being the primary point of contact for all queries and issues clients may have.
Buildings management:
– Responding and liaising with clients about building management issues when raised.
– Overseeing maintenance and arranging with suppliers.
