As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Operations Executive to join our team. The Role
As a Junior Operations Executive, you will support the Operations Team with the day-to-day running of our office portfolio. You will gain exposure to all aspects of operations, learning the fundamentals of facilities management, supplier coordination, health & safety compliance, customer service, and workplace management. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Operations Team with general day-to-day operational activities across multiple office locations
- Assist with office inspections and ensure communal areas are maintained to a high standard
- Assist with coordinating and monitor maintenance requests, reporting issues and tracking resolutions
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers as required
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of clients and occupiers
- Support health & safety compliance processes, including record keeping and site checks
- Maintain accurate operational records, inventories, and documentation
- Help manage office supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Respond to client requests and operational queries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with workspace setup, meeting room preparations, and event support where required
- Conduct regular site visits across the portfolio to identify operational improvements
- Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as the business grows
