Create engaging marketing content across multiple formats including video, social media, presentations, email campaigns, and digital assets.

Produce and coordinate creative assets such as videos, presentations, campaign visuals, invitations, landing pages, and promotional materials.

Contribute to the development and production of the company's bi-monthly magazine, supporting content planning, creative input, and delivery.

Work closely with sales and operations teams to transform campaign ideas, market insights, and project updates into compelling marketing stories.

Develop creative concepts that help communicate campaign messages clearly and effectively across different channels.

Adapt and repurpose content across channels to maximise reach and engagement.

Ensure all marketing content and assets are on-brand, ultra-engaging, and aligned with campaign objectives.

Campaign Execution

Execute outbound and inbound marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, events, webinars, and digital channels.

Build and deploy campaigns using CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Manage campaign timelines, checklists, and approvals to ensure smooth delivery.

Design and deliver targeted email marketing campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports.

Support the creation and scheduling of social media campaigns and activity.

Data & Targeting

Manage campaign lists and audience segments.

Ensure data accuracy, GDPR compliance, and best-practice targeting.

Track engagement and performance metrics across platforms.

Conduct and present monthly competitor and market analysis.

Track and report on campaign performance (open rates, responses, attendance, leads).

Maintain campaign dashboards and performance summaries.

Identify opportunities to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.

Assist with website content updates and optimisation.

Skills & Experience
  • 1-3 years' experience in a marketing and content creation role.
  • An interest in creative content development and storytelling across digital platforms.
  • Experience executing digital marketing campaigns (email, social, or online campaigns).
  • Comfortable working with CRM, marketing automation tools, and mailing systems (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp, InDesign, PowerPoint).
  • Extremely strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Confident working to deadlines and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
