My client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Director to lead our global marketing initiatives. This role will oversee all aspects of marketing, including business analysis, lead generation, performance reporting, marketing communications, and brand experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, content management, and brand development, with a strong focus on driving business results through lead generation for office space, services, membership, and events.
As a player-coach, this individual will work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute high-impact strategies, ensuring measurable lead growth while optimizing marketing budgets. Additionally, they will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and agencies to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Lead Generation
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies for office spaces, events & memberships, and service offerings.
- Assess business deliverables to align marketing initiatives with company goals and market trends.
- Identify growth opportunities and optimize lead generation activities.
- Act as the primary liaison with executive leadership, ensuring alignment in objectives and leveraging internal systems to support marketing efforts.
- Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Negotiate and manage third-party contracts to enhance marketing efficiency.
- Reporting & Performance Metrics
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly performance reports to key stakeholders.
- Develop dashboards and automated reporting systems for real-time marketing insights.
- Establish and track KPIs and OKRs to measure marketing effectiveness.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
- Marketing Communications
- Lead social media strategy and content execution across multiple platforms.
- Oversee website content management, including blog posts and thought leadership pieces.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Support marketing team efforts in developing impactful communication strategies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Brand Experience & Digital Presence
- Drive social media growth and engagement to enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee website design and user experience, ensuring seamless navigation and content optimization.
- Implement and refine SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Lead the successful rollout and adoption of the company’s app to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on developing and marketing service offerings, ensuring a strong lead funnel.
- Build strategic partnerships to enhance brand reach and reputation.
- Work closely with other Marketing Managers to execute brand experience initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, such as Marketing Director.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media management, SEO, and content management systems.
- Experience in app development and product launches is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage external partnerships effectively.
