Company Overview: My client are a dynamic commercial real estate group comprising three distinct businesses. With an expanding footprint and a focus on high-quality delivery, they are now looking to strengthen our marketing function.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and creative Marketing Executive to join a growing team and gain exposure to a wide range of marketing activities. You will work across three businesses, supporting campaigns, digital content, brand development, and events, while gaining hands-on experience in both B2B and corporate marketing environments.

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, print, social).
  • Create and edit content for websites, social media, brochures, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Support the management and development of the company’s digital presence, including website updates and SEO.
  • Design marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers (designers, printers, event companies).
  • Support the execution and promotion of company events, exhibitions, and sponsorships.
  • Track, report and analyse marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Assist in managing the content calendar across all platforms.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to inform campaigns and positioning.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all materials and touchpoints.

1–3 years' experience in a generalist marketing role, ideally within B2B or property-related industries.

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – especially InDesign, Illustrator and/or Photoshop.
  • Some experience in content creation – written, visual or video – for web and social.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing principles (email, social, basic SEO).
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, creative thinker with a “can-do” attitude and eagerness to learn.
