As our Maintenance Manager, you will oversee a team of maintenance specialists, provide expert guidance on technical queries and personally handle more complex maintenance issues that require advanced expertise. This position combines management, technical problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance specialists, ensuring high-quality service delivery and work.
- Act as the primary point of contact for more complex maintenance queries from the team.
- Visit sites to assess quality standards and assist with complex issues.
- Ensuring work completed by our in-house maintenance team meets client expectations and adheres to industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, prepare RAMS and necessary approval documents for works, liaise with 3rd party maintenance contractors when required and undertake inspections for commercial properties.
- Assist in preparation of proposals, budget and schedule for maintenance projects.
- Enforce adherence to safety protocols for team members and ensure potential risks are identified and minimised.
Exceptional management, communication and organisational skills. Strong proficiency in maintenance tools, equipment and techniques with a solid understanding of commercial building systems, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance.
