My client is the UK's leading occupier-only consultancy firm, specialising in providing real estate solutions that support their business objectives. Their clients range from high-growth start-ups to long-established global organisations such as Open AI, Red Bull, X, Trust Pilot, Deloitte, Zoopla, Foxtons, and Activation Blizzard Daily Mail Group, to name a few. Over the past 20 years, they have provided real estate advice to more occupiers in London than any other real estate company. They currently have a team of 40+, based in a new office in Farringdon.
This is a unique opportunity for a salesperson to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be exposed to companies' top-level business & real estate strategies, dealing with the highest placed individuals within these firms. The flexible leasing team have almost exclusively worked in London, and we are looking for the right individual to help us expand into the regions – an exciting area of growth.
To deliver credible and verifiable real estate advice, you will be immersed in an ongoing training and development programme to become knowledgeable about commercial property and sales. This is a new business development role and sits within the Flexible Leasing team, targeting companies across the UK (excluding London) all market sectors, ranging from SMEs to global corporates, operating in a highly competitive industry, involving:
- Scheduling calls for senior team members
- Updating identified information on the database
- Building a strong pipeline of opportunities to be closed by senior team members

Enjoys working in a target driven role and focused on delivering results. Hard working & self-motivated. Organised with strong attention to detail. Successful previous experience in a B2B telesales role.
