We are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial Head of Business Development to take ownership of our business development function and drive growth across our commercial real estate agency. This is a unique opportunity for a proven business developer to build, shape, and grow the BD strategy, working closely with the leadership team to expand our client base, strengthen relationships, and maximise new business opportunities.
The role is ideal for a highly motivated professional with a strong network in London’s commercial property market and a track record of delivering measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Define and implement the business development strategy, aligned with company objectives.
- Build, own, and grow the BD function within the business.
- Develop KPIs and reporting to measure BD effectiveness and ROI.
- Act as the face of the business at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, brokers, agents, investors, and other key stakeholders.
- Represent the company in the London market, raising brand visibility and reputation.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across commercial real estate services.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of leads from initial contact through to deal closure.
- Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that drive lead generation and client engagement.
- Nurture existing client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that add value.
- Create partnership opportunities that support long-term revenue growth.
